How this works
To get started, please note that all commission work will require a signed contract to ensure clarity and mutual understanding.
I, Sula Raejean, reserve the right to sell any commissioned artwork if the contract is terminated. I also reserve the right to share images of the completed artwork for portfolio or promotional purposes. However, clients may request that any reference images or personal photos used in the process not be shared publicly.

Pricing Information
Commissioned artwork is priced at $20 per linear inch.
To determine the total cost, add the height and width of the desired piece in inches and multiply that sum by $20.
Examples:
A 9x12 inch artwork:
(9in + 12in)x$20 = $420
A 24x36 inch artwork:
(24in + 36in)x$20 = $1,200
This pricing structure ensures a consistent and transparent rate based on the overall dimensions of your custom piece.

Payment Schedule
This timeline, including the payment terms and delivery commitment, will be clearly outlined and signed in the contract to ensure transparency and accountability on both sides.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% (up to $500) is required upon signing the contract to reserve your commission.
The remaining balance is due four weeks (4) after the event associated with the artwork.
Your finished painting will be completed and shipped six weeks (6) after the event, and you will receive tracking information once it has been mailed.
Shipping Information
All artwork is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery, and tracking information will be provided once your piece is shipped.
Shipping is complimentary for base artwork priced at $1,500 or more.
Please note that this applies to the cost of the primary commissioned piece only—add-on services or enhancements do not count toward this threshold.
Rates & Inclusions

$500 for up to 4 hours (includes 1 client-provided meal)

$100 per additional hour

2 meals must be provided for bookings exceeding 8 hours

1 hour of setup and 1 hour of breakdown are included at no charge
Payment Terms

The full amount for live painting services is due two weeks before the event

On-site service is drive-only (no flights)

4–6 hours: Gas fees + 1 night hotel stay

Onsite Live Artist
Live event painting is available as an on-site service for an additional fee.
